- State of Return: Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns of used products due to hygiene reasons. Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Reason for Return: We only accept returns for products that arrive to you damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product.
- Note: As our products are made with natural ingredients, slight variations in color or texture are normal and not considered a defect.
